1 red onion

4 cups spinach

6 oz feta

30 cherry tomatoes

SOUR CHERRY VINAIGRETTE:

2 tb balsamic vinegar

1 shallot

1/4 c dried cherries

1/2 tb chives

1 lime

4 tb olive oil

1/8 t salt

1/4 t black pepper

1 squeeze honey
